Additional Photos from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic Party US Congress Members

Property layouts for the financier's personal tropical island among the released materials.

Additionally included in this recent document release seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the American territory.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

This visual evidence reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and contains a legend detailing distinct areas of the property.

Accompanying the main plan are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as layouts for boat shelters.

Further images made public as part of the current congressional disclosure.
